Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on “add to cart” for any items that you wish to purchase. This places your items into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View cart" and a list of your items will be displayed in the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping click on “check out”, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order - then click on “Continue Checkout”. The amount of your order will then be displayed along with any deposit required and the items purchased in your shopping cart. Click on your chosen method of payment and you will be taken directly to the secure PayPal screen to complete your payment.
We accept credit/debit card payment.

Discretion

If you are buying as a gift you may wish us to be discrete. If this is the case please let us know by ticking the appropriate box during check out. We will do our best to only speak to you personally about your order. We cannot always guarantee that this will be the case but we will make every effort.

Postage and Packing

We are willing to post most items worldwide. We will offer postage options when we contact you. When posting we will include a photograph of the item in its posted condition. If the object appears to have been damaged on arrival in any way please contact us immediately.
Delivery to the United Kingdom will take approximately 3 days. If you would like your items sooner please contact us. You may incur additional delivery charges for this service.
All items are carefully wrapped and are fully insured through the relevant postal services used. Please check your items thoroughly on receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems.
Items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days once items have been paid for in full.

Guarantee

We aim for you total your satisfaction. All our goods have to pass quality control to ensure only quality goods are despatched. Due to the nature of the goods we supply imperfections are inherent in some items - these imperfections enhance the uniqueness of an item and goods will not be accepted as faulty because of these imperfections. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please see our returns policy below.

Returns Policy

Customer pays for returns carriage charge if at fault otherwise we will stand the carriage charge.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We understand that it maybe difficult to chose an item from a photograph. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item within 21 days upon receipt of delivery, in the original condition we sent it to you. A full refund will be given less all postage costs. The customer pays for returns carriage charges if at fault otherwise we will stand the carriage charge. Customers must ensure that goods returned to us are fully insured. We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

These terms and conditions apply to all Kafele sites and internet materials. By using the Kafele Website, or any of the products or services available on a Kafele website, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms and conditions, all as may be modified by Kafele at any time.
